Did you --fail --remove the "wrong" disk? What command did you use to add the new disk?

Reverse DNS may also mean "the envelope sender address is resolvable" - often systems will (by default) send "from" their own hostname, and if it doesn't have a public DNS record it can rejected as a result.

comment How to add software RAID-1 to an existing system?
@MaxB let's say you pull a disk, put it on a shelf, and someone else picks it up and plugs it into another machine. No partition table (i.e. whole disk RAID)? Their OS may decide that it's "unformatted" and offer to format it for them. Then again, unknown partition type might equal "unformatted" too, depending on how clever the OS is. Label your disks if they're ever not in a machine! Label the disk caddies if they are in a machine.

comment Multi-part PXE boot not honoring next-server setting
Does the vendor provide any documentation for pxe.0? Is there a good reason why you can't put DHCP and TFTP on the same system, if that works?
