I'm a software developer and junkie at heart but it's more fun to hang out with my hardware people.

+1 for hosting the screenshot with a provider that displays pictures of girls

comment IIS 7.5 Web Server Farm with separate domain accounts
He is already using the Web Farm Framework which is far more powerful than the standard shared network content infrastructure. Even with this you can only configure a single account to use on ALL servers, not individual.

comment Defragment / Performance Monitor without Task Scheduler
In all seriousness, I really don't know how to override it, but this is certainly not a standard practice. Somone has WAY too much control.

comment Is it standard practice for hosting providers to block entire countries?
Based on the broken english in the response from the provider it's time to move to someone else or call an executive over there to explain themselves.

+1 DJ Pon, fully agree. It sounds like the OP has a lack of communication with their hosting provider to fully understand WHY this is happening, we can provide opinions all day long but not the direct policy of the host.

Well, if the country only has a single IP range and government run provider blocking the range could very well block the entire country. Especially in countries where the ISPs are state run.

comment How could I make a MsAccess Frontend and Mysql Backend more user aware?
Mallow, somewhat of a crappy example but there are tools out there that can convert Access web forms. dbconvert.com/convert-dbforms-access-to-aspnet.php. However, I fully understand, used to work with an Access 97 MDE a few months ago so I feel the benefit, but mostly pain that comes with it.

Cool, you should write it all up as an answer and accept it once its eligible since this one was a bit out there.

Yea this whole thing is a bit weird, maybe try a hard reset of Chrome to see if that clears anything up as well, especially since its not server related (it doesn't seem) since FF and IE work.

Well thats weird. What's the behavior in FF or IE? F-12 in IE for dev tools.

The right answer is to not use MS Access as the front-end to any system. Focus your efforts on changing that instead of worrying about installation setup.

OH... There it is: CPanel. Run view source on this "so-called" blank file and update your question with it. $5 says CPanel is creating a "page" with pre-determined content it thinks you might need.

comment How the Postmaster@domain address works
You're getting to the point where you need to grab a book or other resource. You have asked about three or four different topics that would be found in a typical Exchange Admin book.

And you are trying this with just a blank Hello World html file? The browser should not be requesting other resources unless the page tells it to do so.

comment How the Postmaster@domain address works
The address is provided so people outside of your domain can send an email to the postmaster, like you have a user who is spamming me, etc. although abuse@ is normally reserved for that. If you have a real mailbox defined mail will be delivered to the mailbox, the *@domain is only used if no matching mailbox is found.

Can you clarify if you are using Route 53 as your DNS provider or your own external provider?

Stupid question but have you cleared the browser cache?
