I'm a Windows System Administrator by initial career choice with over 10 years experience. I currently work as a support engineer in Cambridge working with Windows Servers, High Performance and Grid computing, IIS, MS SQL and Enterprise architecture.
I also work with web development in my spare time, primarily asp.net and javascript and have a Bachelors degree in Software Engineering.

How to disable Autorun on Vista Home Premium Though the article refers to autoplay, it means autorun. Autoplay is the ability for media such as CD's to play automaticly on insertion - to start an album or installer etc and is a subset of autorun. Auto run is an application that detects the type of content on the inserted media and runs the correct application |

How to mount a CD/DVD ISO in Windows 7? Also, make sure you have the latest version of VCD. When I initially ran the windows 7 Beta with VCD I was get a bug with explorer hanging. The latest version fixes that. |
