comment Potential VMWare 5.1 Fault Tolerance bug/issue?
Normally I would, except that now the only option in the fault tolerance menu is "turn fault tolerance on". It was already previously turned on, and I executed the test without using this option (which I will consider next time). It appears VMWare thinks it is no longer fault tolerant. And I can't change the CPU/MMU options without restarting. Which means 2 restarts for a VM whenever a fault occurs to reconfigure FT. Seems like a bug / issue.

This was exactly it and fixed the problem. Thanks for the concise answer! To round it out, do you have a link to that doc or the name of it? I think others might benefit from having the point of reference.

Thanks for that tip! I'm using chrome; didn't think it could be the browser. I'll check tomorrow and see if that's it.

@t1nt1n when attempting to browse to that site, it appears that nothing is there. have tried http/https and IP/FQDN in the browser to access that port. Have also tried accessing this url both remotely and locally. Can you provide some more insight into why you're suggesting these steps?

Rob, as far as I can tell the only ports I've changed were on the server from 80 -->8080 and 443 --> 8443. I can access those via a web browser on my client machine fine.
