Hard to say... you're using the SFP ports and transceivers? Are you sure your SFP transceivers and the cable you are using are all the same kind? ie... SFP Copper transceivers with Cat5e/6 in between or SFP+ 10Gb multi-mode fiber modules with multi-mode fiber cables in between? Past that, its proper configuration. Are you using VLANs?

comment Is it realistic to host ESXi on a cloud VPS?
You'd be surprised how many of VMware's own labs are running inside nested ESXi environments... its a valid question!

comment Need advice on Juniper OSPF networking
I am fairly certain to get back to a packet based mode where you can use an SRX as a router requires a bunch of downgrades to 9.X code which might be a big headache at this point. I would set the default policy to permit, and then put all interfaces in the same zone. You would still need to set host-inbound-traffic for the zone to permit all as well.

This is an SRX, you nuked the entire security section. You need to permit "host-inbound-traffic" meaning traffic meant for the routing engine for OSPF packets to exchange between other peers. Further, you need a security zone assigned to these and rules to permit traffic to flow. What version of JunOS?

What version of SonicOS? There are built-in graphs and reporting to show this.

comment Can we install one printer that prints to different printers depending on which location/office an employee is in?
Use the same IP subnet at each site, and give the printers the same address. You'll be stuck in driver hell though.

comment Inter-VLAN Malicious Code Scanning
Exactly how many ports are we talking? You can use a span port to monitor some traffic. Why not use a single port and VLAN tagging? I'm not sure how many monitor sessions a 3750 can support. You could also use ESXi to run the hosts and let it forward netflow to a collector.

What type of hardware, software or hardware RAID?

And clarify what is moving, the nameserver or the webhost.

comment Is it possible to transfer an IP address from one host to another?
Changing 600 DNS records would take about 0.9 seconds using a script and then the time it takes for TTL and name servers to update. Why is this unacceptable?

This is totally a "what does the documentation say" question.

On SRX kernel interfaces are protected. Under the security zones you can choose which host protocols are allowed to be reached

Your link above is to an ERX device, totally different OS, that's why its not working.

comment Force DHCP Reservation Updates to Secondary DHCP Server in Windows Server 2012 R2
I suppose this is all good, but consider making DNS resolution and registration reliable instead of relying on DHCP to deliver a specific IP to a specific device.
