Been in this game for 11+ years now, I've managed everything from small Netware 3 installs up to Enterprise Admin level in big AD shops and back down to tiny two-man teams with 5 servers. Done PC support, backups, AD and Exchange design, routing infrastructure, Oracle DBA, app deployment, some dev work, you name it. It's not the scale of the deployment, it's what you learn, and the day you stop learning is the day you may as well give up.
