Software restriction policies set in the registry don't update Local Group Policy I feared as much, but I still had to say it. :( |

What needs to be done after a Domain Controller crash? +1 for the answer, and also an upvote to Graeme's comment - even if it's something that should be taken for granted it should also still be highlighted. |

Which is faster? 4x10k SAS Drives in RAID 10 or 3x15k SAS Drives in RAID 5? @pehrs - have you ever had a single disk fail in a server? Thought not. |

Workstation file synchronization to deploy though a group policy Exactly what I was gonna suggest. You can configure your redirection policy to move anything on the PC back to the server first time too. I think offline files might be OK if you're happy to live within it's limitations (I've seen MS guys use it before and they seemed OK with it). I wouldn't advise using it unless you know that you have to though. |

60Gb of Memory, 32-bit OS and PAE vs 64-bit OS This one should get a +60 if it was possible. |

Creating an email account for a user when the name already exists It's just a naming convention, so as long as it adheres to the rules of SMTP addresses it's not the kind of thing that there would be a best practice for. RFC2821 is the bible for SMTP and doesn't specify any standard. |
