comment How can I deploy the Microsoft System Center Advisor agent to multiple Windows 2008 R2 servers?
My understanding is that Intune cannot be used for servers. It's not something my company is not allowing, just that it doesn't work for servers. Or is this information incorrect?

Isn't there some kind of Microsoft enterprise-scale tool/product for doing things like this? What does someone with 300 servers do?

comment I thought one had to be in the domain administrator group to create a Standard TCP/IP port when adding a printer
The two solutions to prevent local printing I've come across include your separate VLAN and "white-listing" the print server on each network printer. I was counting on non-administrators not having the ability to create a standard TCP/IP port. I thought this was the way it used to work.

comment Which OS printer driver am I supposed to install on 2008 32-bit server to share with Win 7 x64 clients?
I downloaded and installed the HP Universal Print Driver PCL 6 for Windows 2008 W32. The I downloaded the HP Universal Printer Driver PCL 6 for Windows 7 x64. They both have the same version number. I added the x64 driver to the Windows 2008 server from the Windows 7 computer. The printers are using the new driver now. Unfortunately, I'm still getting the "Windows cannot connect to the printer" message (hadn't mentioned that) but at least I know the version of the drivers are the same. Thanks.
