comment Multiple php-cgi.exe processes on IIS
I doubt bandwidth has anything to do with this. When PHP is done executing, it will go to the server's buffer for sending to the client, yes?

It should be up to your backup system to verify that backups are being made correctly.

comment How Windows choose what network adapter to use when redundant adapters are available?
@devicenull, I agree, I'm simply explaining why it changes from adapter to adapter.

Are you building ffmpeg yourself, or getting binaries? Various builds of ffmpeg have certain modules enabled/disabled, often for legal reasons. If you want the full package, you will likely have to build it yourself, or browse Google for an hour.

For what it is worth, installing the VC++ 2008 x86 runtime solved it for me.

Thanks. I ran your query, and user_a does indeed have Grant_priv=='Y'. Any other thoughts on what the problem might be?

I hadn't thought about Deep Freeze being a bottleneck, I will definitely try it. For most labs, the domain controller is across the building over gigabit ethernet, so I don't think that is the issue. DNS and what not is fine. The hard drive LED is lit up the whole time during boot, so I don't think we have a network issue. Also, I found the RunOnce key for new users. It is as simple as adding the key to the default profile registry: support.microsoft.com/kb/284193

Also, the settings for software bit does exist, but I can't remember what it is called. I'll post more if I find it. I remember it most with older IE and Outlook Express, where it would create your mailbox and what not when the user account was created. I'll let you know if I can find better documentation.
