I'm probably doing this wrong, but I didn't get very far. There was no /etc/postfix/canonical file, so I created one with the text above. I then ran "postmap canonical", but got this error: "postmap: fatal: open canonical: No such file or directory"

Thanks Unixguy. Sadly, although I should be able to figure out what to do from this ... it seems I can't. Is the ourdomain.com line configured to deliver email to our domain via the relay, and then anything else (*) set to just sit locally? This sounds like it will block all email delivered to other domains and deliver it to a local user - can I then have that mail delivered externally (to a developer group address, for example)?

Thanks Walter. Unfortunately, this blocked the emails that I wanted to be sent (which aren't hosted on the same box).
