Herb Caudill is the owner of Caudill Web, a boutique web firm in Washington, DC. He has built sites for clients including the World Bank Group, the U.S. State Department, and Chemonics International. Herb was a Peace Corps volunteer in West and Central Africa, and subsequently served as national coordinator for USAID’s Leland Initiative in Conakry, Guinea, where he was responsible for a number of successful initiatives to promote the use of internet technologies for development. Herb holds an M.B.A. from Georgetown University and a B.S. in Foreign Service from Baylor University.
