comment Mail is delivered to the wrong server, do TXT records have anything to do with this?… or is it something else?
Also you need to specify WHAT exactly isn't working? Do you see an error when you try sending/receiving emails? Can you post the log file?

comment Seperate my Server from other network traffic
If you were using Linux it would have been much easier. Instead of separating your network you could disable peers from communicating with each other. Every device in the network would then be able to communicate only with the server (p2p) and no one else.

Check your html for "<script>" tags that shouldn't be there.

comment Get Squid to pass X-Requested-With header
If you read the bottom of the question you'll see I have stated squid returns an error unknown header name when I add request_header_access X-Requested-With allow all.

The configuration I've posted in the question shows all of the rules are before request_header_access All deny all :)

Yes the client sends it in ajax requests via XMLHttpRequest. You can't enable http-violations in 3.1 because it's endabled by default. I've updated my question (there was a missing line). If I remove the line request_header_access All deny all it works fine, but then the proxy becomes transparent and that's not what I need.

Can you please provide a link in the documentation where this is stated? I changed Require group $1 to Require group mygroup and it worked perfect.
