Thanks, I'll look into Veeam One Free. I'm not having performance issues just looking to see what resources I have left to allocate for more VMs. I ended up writing a powershell script to get vm static, dynamic and startup ram per node.

@masegaloeh, I figured out how to fix it. Harddrive must be set as IDE with write the write through option checked. The CPU must be only 1 socket 1 core and it must be set to Nehalem or SandyBridge.
