Thanks, I did that at some point but it doesn't import the private key doing it like this. Not sure why. Or at least it seems to me that didn't do it (the cert icon on mmc doesn't show the "key" over the certificate)

Honeslty I just got this certificate by email from a team member so I did nothing with it. Do you need to know the issuer?

Network Service is the user used by all application pools (IIS) on a web server farm and I'd need to provide to this user write permissions on a media server. If this is not possible, I'll need to create a custom user and assign it to all app pools. Thanks!

My fault, the computer is joined to a Workgroup but not to a domain. Then, computer accounts are not available :(
