Well not sure what you mean. in my case nginx pass php requests to php-fpm. Als most files are not like badfile.php. your rules are basically abbreviation of mine but mine did not manage to avoid bad files execution.

@84104. Right there was a typo. After installing ssmpt, --purge remove exim*, aptitude install postfix (first question No, second Yes) I could install postfix. Fill free to explain and I'll accept the answer. Thanks guys.

Well, I wish I could be as certain as you. But the unusually high load indicates that the server is under attack, even though you might be right about the ldf showing false positive.
