@Evan Anderson I should have typed domain\Administrators instead. Thanks for the reminder though =) the folders are "home folders" but overtime various admins decided to add different users to different folders... bad.

I know it's not meant to be used like this, but by sharing the same IMAP account, every user can see whether the mail has been attended to and then can act accordingly. This is useful for handling sales@mycompany.com. I can see that the orthodox way is to pipe emails to a CRM program and let a DB handle it.. but in the meantime, is there a way to share the emails?
