Running Powershell as admin elevates that process to admin. It's similar to the concept of sudo on Unix

comment CentOS, ZPanel and Cloudflare DNS error
@VRTechnologies We're not bragging here. A simple read of the definition of an A record will give you the answer that you look for. As far as the second comment I really have no idea what you're trying to tell me.

You bill your self as the world's leading Information Technology company providing quality solutions and you don't know that you can't have a port in an A record? I think you need to make some changes on your website...

comment How far is “too far off” for ntpd? Can it get there by a sudden jump to heavy load? Can this be overridden?
@Gracchus It's up to the individual NTP servers, and you'd have to contact them. In my opinion you're trying to use NTP as a crutch for something where you need highly precise time. As such you should use a better solution (like GPS) to obtain it rather than add load to a free service.

@PlasmaHH Then I would suggest utilizing a better time source such as GPS.

Kyle this is wrong. This is a one off command, and will not address future issues. Nor do you mention minpoll or maxpoll.

All of your questions are variables that you can set in the configuration

@Kaz That's not how it works... The authorities need to investigate and determine who is innocent. In several jurisdictions you can be accessory to the crime for actions such as those.

While in theory this answers the question it would be best if you explained what this is.

comment How to install glibc in a centos server?
@LinhLino You realize that this question is 4 YEARS old, and your solution simply installs all of the current glib packages in the repo rather than the specific version that at the time of the question was bleeding edge.
