I'm a software developer, focused on GIS. PostGIS and GDAL committer. I'd love to add 'where' to people's lives.

You're right! I've added the map=vp to the first entry of pg_hba.conf (local all postgres peer map=vp), and it works now. The user 'vagrant' is mapped with 'postgres', as desired. Thanks!

Yes, there is a previous line in pg_hba.conf like: local postgres peer (meaning 'use peer authentication for local connection of postgres user, and I didn't add map)

comment Is there something like phpMyAdmin for Memcached?
Thanks! Just what I was looking for. I know about the telnet interface, but this tool provides the info in a nicer view :-)

I finally used getallheaders(). Thanks for your response. And for your advice with the SAPI's.

comment What kind of things should I check acting as a DevOp of this app?
Ok, about the Hadoop ok, it's a framework. I wanted to simplify the bullet points. I checked HyperTable, so far. Thanks! And about hiring a DevOp you're right, but it's not my decission. Apart from that, I'd love to learn something new it this (huge) area. Anyway, your advices tell me that it is a too big business...
