comment Account is no longer attached to the computer
The problem is that our company is so small that they tied in programmers with the IT. So I am part of the 3 man IT team.

comment Having Apache access to multiple folders in Windows Server 2008
How would I access the additional directories? If the Document root is in "C/www" and I have a directory with "C/www", "F/Images", and "H/Files" how would I access the F and H directory? The webpage can be accessed easily on the machine through "localhost\index.html".

comment How to view files on a computer on a different network
I figured out the issue. Part of it was due to the firewall. The other part was due to the fact that I had two connections going into the server. One for the 173 network and one to try and bridge the two networks together. I disabled the network used to bridge and just setup a VPN to get into the 173 network. For now this will have to do. Thanks for the help

These are our actual public addresses. We can log into the 68 address perfectly fine from within the office. It's mostly an issue with the 173 network that seems to be blocking us. The servers actually do use them since anyone outside the office can access the web applications hosted on them.

I had to do this part with 2 USB sticks, but in the end it finally worked out nicely. Whatever happened to the days when Dell supplied you with everything you need instead of finding out that we have to go online to download different files.

Our server did not come with a DVD drive nor do we have an external one for use in the office. I preloaded the USB with the OS DVD that came with the Server.

comment windows server 2003 cannot accept connections
I do have an internet connection that is working. I can access websites with no problem. As far as the error is concerned I get the typical cannot connect to host machine and it gives me some options to check. Such as Remote Server connection being enabled, the computer being turned on, or the computer not being available on the network. Everything was working fine a week ago. I am not sure on what could've changed from then to now.
