How can I check all this if I cannot connect using SSH? Sorry I am not very familiar with Linux.

Yes root user is in wheel group. How can I check sshd_config if I cannot connect using SSH? Sorry I am not very familiar with Linux.

This actually did the trick. But strange thing is when I logged out of server and logged in again as root then this command didn't work. Then I tried "dir" and it worked which was previously not working. Weird!

comment High MySQL CPU usage but no heavy query
I have fixed this problem by optimizing my queries. There were many poor queries with joins that were not using index so I have fixed them.

Here are the results: 1. join_buffer = 1M 2. sort_buffer_size = 1M 3. Temporary files are being created in /var/tmp 4. How do I do that? Is there a command or query? Because there may be lots of them and I will have to check them all manually.
