Cannot open encrypted email in Outlook 2007. Error: “Cannot open this item. Your Digital ID name cannot be found by the underlying security system.” I've run into this problem again after the CA certificate expired. After deleting my contact in Outlook, deleting my cert in certmgr and removing it from Active Directory, then generating a new cert from the CA, and re-adding my self as a contact I would get the same error. It turned out that cached exchange mode in Outlook was the culprit. After turning off cached exchange mode, I could again send/receive encrypted emails. Once it was working, I turned cached mode back on and all is still working. |

Ubuntu server (VM) with two interfaces. Can only pass traffic on one or the other interface at a time Actually this did work - I just hadn't added static routes for all other subnets in the internal network. I had originally tried to set a route add statement with -net 172.16.0.0 and a netmask of /16, but traffic did not route internally. Using Alex's suggestion to add each subnet specifically did the trick. Thanks all! |

Ubuntu server (VM) with two interfaces. Can only pass traffic on one or the other interface at a time Thanks for the reply faker- I tried the static route to no avail. External works, but still no internal. Oh, and the double eth0 was just me copying it twice from the config - ignore that! |

2 ISPs into ASA 5510 (base license) and separate traffic by protocol (port). Is it Possible? Thanks for the reply - I'll be setting this up this weekend (off hours, just in case!). I hadn't thought about having Apache listen on multiple IPs. |
