YOu need to go back a bit further before the system halt was sent. check /var/log/messages (possibly older than what you have pasted) /var/log/secure . It is possible a halt command was sent by application or by user.

i believe you will have to run each pool as different user, if that's possible. else it should theoretically work with different pool configs. It could be a bug. I am using php 5.3.8 with fpm.

no i did not use chroot. the pool config is standard unedited version. APC does work but I just did not see the files.

I am going to try disabling DHCP on the Router B and see if I can get to use DHCP on A transparently. However Router B supports VPN and I was hoping to use that later.

Whilst I accept your answer cheapstyle, some german managed to get a court order to shut down my website on some user posted rant against her, the site was also hosted by german ISP. they immediately shut it down. I relocated it to US.
