Thanks, I noticed that part earlier but started focusing on KERNELBASE ;) This is part of a larger issue and I think these errors are a byproduct of the larger networking issue. E.g. the w3p process is trying to load an external page and it can't. Out of curiosity though do you know of a way to identify which app pool / site this is coming from? The application path is %11 which doesn't seem to mean anything since the other variables increment, e.g. %12 %13 it doesn't look like these contain meaningful information.

Thanks I was wondering if there was any benefit over using copper since I noticed most of the inexpensive fiber switches are only 1 or 2 gbit/s.

I went through some more settings in the configuration utility - the drives do not show up as logical or physical disks.
