I'm a Haskell programmer, with my background in purely functional foundations of computing and Functional Reactive Programming (a functional way to make games / GUIs / etc.).
I was a member of the Perl 6 design team, until I had to learn Haskell to work on the Perl 6 bootstrap "pugs". I never looked back.
I'm currently finishing my degree in math and science education at the University of Colorado.
I am a harsh stackoverflow critic when it comes to teaching beginners. I'll downvote you if you give away the answer instead of helping them to come to it themselves. Deal with it.
