comment Nagios: Disable notifications from command line on Windows/Linux
The link is for the old docs, make sure to use docs.icinga.org/latest/en/cgiparams.html instead.

The cmd_typ codes can be found here: docs.icinga.org/latest/en/cgiparams.html. Do not use the docs located at old.icinga.org (even though most of the posts will list those ones!)

Heck I'll give you +1 here for the same reason as I did here: serverfault.com/questions/406158/nginx-php5-fpm-file-not-found/… - that article is great!

+1 for that misconfigurations article - really worth a read, particularly if you're learning Nginx. Well written, entry-level, with several great tips!

comment Power surge protection on office LAN, medium-small scale
Huh, just a big UPS is all, hmmm. Thanks for the starting point. Will the fluctuating electricity fry this too, in a stand-alone situation? That is, do I need to link in serial with some gadget to level the power before it goes into this super-UPS?
