This is because the "CN" or "Common Name" of the certificate has changed, and no provider will permit you to change the CN. Some will allow you to cancel the cert and submit a new one within 7 days but I'm guessing this has well and truely passed for you now...

Which email server are you using? You specify IIS but it's quite likely that you're using somethign else for your email. If you are using the IIS SMTP server, please explicitly specify this.
