comment What does a warning sign mean in Disk Management?
If I remember correctly, it's saying "Don't rip this disk out of the system or you will loose everything". But I'm not 100% sure, so I won't post it as an answer

comment Website security certificate warnings in IE8 Windows 7 (64bit), fine in Firefox
IE8 treats certificates a bit differently to previous versions. If a certificate is on a OSCP or CRL list it will flat out deny access with no choice. Also, it doesn't 'grab' any root certs, otherwise anyone could just get any certificate validated by their own root and it would be accepted. It is a bit odd that it's not allowing acceptance of the certificate, but this can also be overriden in the IE settings

comment Hosted file is downloaded damaged by IE
In fact, FireFox is actually a horrible offender of this, but the other way around. If the content-type is not set correct (or missing) it dumps a .html extension onto the end of the download, doesn't tell you about it, and then you're stumped as to why when you open your ZIP file you get a webpage full of gobbeldygook

Why is this a -? This has happened to me quite a few times, especially with incorrect content-type headers
