Developing software is a career choice, not exactly a hobby, but I do try to become a better developer on my free time once in a while. I used to work in a software development company as a developer, analyst, and manager. Right now I'm in a non-IT company, it sucks but it pays OK. That's why I code at home. At least I'm in the IT development division though.
