comment Why Kernel Low memory zone is less then 896 MB?
Thank you. It is now clearly understood that normal zone will be used also for high zone mapping. So more ram less low memory zone.

comment forcing linux kernel 3 to recognize cdrom as hdX
Actually I have tried lots of things. This is not as simple as a symlink. Anaconda C application find CDROM according to some info provided by kernel. Also, Anaconda stage1 has a very limited debug option.

This is Centos 5 anaconda installer. Do you have any recommendation for correction without reinstalling or free-erase-create-fill operations?

Users can misuse their right to make ssh command connections for tunneling. This is constructive while my question is not!

comment Replies to request coming over a relay goes to relay's internal IP, not to original request's source IP
client has no information of real dhcp server. They think their dhcp server is dhcrelay. Reply includes "Gateway IP: 172.16.17.81". So if they try to talk with dhcp server, again, dhcrelay will do the work I think? Is it?

comment Suggestions for common authentication and authorization system for Linux and related applications
I am happy to know FreeIPA, as well. However I think it is not designed for my purpose but designed to be a complement to AD and to be AD of non-Windows machines. Also I can not find any info on roles management of FreeIPA.

Actually, I will not manage a network of computers. I have a one firewall device. It has several services. I want create and manage users, give them roles for manager, vpnuser, internetuser roles. When the user connect to for example to vpn service, if he has arole of vpnuser and credentials are true, i will be allowed to make vpn connection.
