@mricon Thanks, scaling shouldn't really be an issue in this case and I'll consider the rest.

How do I know that someone may know my key's seed value? Because of this: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SecurID#March_2011_system_compromise

I don't believe you're supposed to mark questions as answered if it doesn't actually fix the problem. Did you find a solution?! I'm having the same problem.

Are the Windows machines and Fedora machines on the same network? Could be a routing issue.

comment Video card does not work in server
Not sure what you did to fix it, but this is almost assuredly not what fixed it. If your card has memory, you don't need to dedicate system memory to the card. That option is for onboard cards that don't have their own memory or cards that might need more memory than they have built in. How much memory does the system have installed? How much does the OS see?

Just curious, why you need to limit the number of threads per process?

comment install openssl-devel on ec2
Doing a 'yum clean all' before this is a good way to make sure you don't have any stale repo data also.

comment Does rsync preserve ACL?
ACL's are very dependent on the FS the files are stored on, so often they can't be preserved. It may also depend on what FS you're using on Solaris 9 (UFS/ZFS/etc.) and what type of FS you're moving the data to on your Linux box (ext[234], jfs, btrfs, etc.)
