Okay, I thought this was failing, but apparently it did work. The dump seems to have finished, but the errors just so happened to have occurred toward the end, so it made it look like the errors made the dump fail.

Good to know. A co-worker told me a very similar thing: if you optimize and have proper hardware, you can go a long way with a single database. The application will be pretty large, and it will potentially have a ton of users. See gnymb.us for an idea of what I'm talking about.

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH...I know what caused this. I changed my router's settings to heavily reduce the timeout settings. I completely forgot about that.
