comment #! won't make linux run an interpreter
Munin itself will run the script with default interpreter. When default for its user is /bin/sh it tries to run the Ruby script as his own script.

comment Munin won't draw iowait
Hmm under some reason the sum of values is up to 1600%, while system has 8 "CPUs" so Munin tries to plot values inside 800%.

That's in munin-graph.log. And nothing specific in other logs. Upgrade to Precise didn't help either.

comment Linux: memory is free but swap is used. Why?
Thanks a lot. It'll take a while to understand what to do with slabtop info.

comment Linux: memory is free but swap is used. Why?
BTW, this server intensively handles a very few amount of data with a fixed set of scripts, so it should not have intensive I/O. So why does Linux want to have such big cache?

comment Linux: memory is free but swap is used. Why?
I have no performance problems at this particular server. But at another one, where the situation is not so clear, I'm thinking about what to do. Can't some Linux memory managemnent logic be the reason for PHP-FPM segfaults, if they doesn't match any of the known PHP problems? So, generally in favor of curiosity.
