comment How to create a meeting on Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2 without using Communicator or Outlook?
Not yet, but I will look at them if I fail to set up a working OCS. At least, I now found out that for some strange reason, meetings are disabled by default and I had to enable them in OCS "Global Properties". That's really unintuitive. At least now the Meet Now button appeared in Live client. Next I'll try to set up access from the Internet through some virtual VPN.

comment Fresh SQL Server DB restore works most times, but fails sometimes
Thanks, you saved me - I got the same error when restoring a backup to another SQL server which did not have this database at all. At first run I got this error, and then I just restored again and it worked just fine, all my data and tables are back.

comment SQL Reporting Services Report Manager cannot be accessed by IP on the local computer
'user-PC\user' is the same user account which was used to install SQL Server, and I see that 'user-PC\user' has sysadmin role in SQL Server and also it is mapped to both ReportServer and ReportServerTempDB.
