comment Website running slow on clients machine?
In my experience, that is a good indication that the primary DNS is not working. Try setting up a a different DNS local on that machine in the TCP/IP settings for the network adpater properties. May be try 4.2.2.2 and see if the site starts responding quickly. Assuming that the URL is NOT restricted to INTRANET within the organization.

comment Configure the Web Application to Require Client Certificates
You can be your own CA if you want. If you do, you can then install the root certificate along with the end-user client certificate on the client machines. This will make the browser happy so that it will no longer throw a warning message about the certificate is not a trusted certificate, do you wish to continue. The client certificates will need to be on imported into the personal certificate stores of the client machines.

comment Convert or move personal outlook to public folder
Is it allowing you to switch to Folders view and right-click on the calendar you want to copy? Select copy from the pop-up menu. In the folder dialog that pops-up can you browse down to Public Folders? You have to make sure that you have create/write access to this folder.
