Not yet, we are still in process of setting up the infrastructure in AWS, once we get everything ported over we will be focusing on email. I will post up when we get there.

comment Puppet - Custom Function - Statement - Error - “Must be the value of a statement…”
@faker: Not sure if cached or if it has to be restarted after every change to a custom function, but it was indeed a restart of the puppetmaster that fixed the prob.

comment haproxy and keepalived on Amazon EC2
@Anatoly: Are you saying that you are using ELB and the lag on failover was 5-7 seconds? I'm migrating from Linode and would rather not have to install/maintain keepalived if I can use ELB instead.

Ya I added postfix to opendkim group per some suggestions via googling but to no avail. Going to try @atitan's suggestion.

Ok that makes sense then, but still doesn't explain why I can't connect to the local unix socket.

comment Postfix - Opendkim - Unable to connect to local socket
Thx for the response, but inet:8891 is not a unix socket, it's a tcp port. And I do believe that postfix is chrooted b/c according to the postfix docs, postfix defaults to chroot, and I did not overwrite that value, which is proven by the fact that postfix is run out of /var/spool/postfix,
