comment How to remove all messages from exim mail queue from a certain user/email
Instead of sed ... I normaly use awk '{print $3}' - prints the third column with the IDs. It's a tiny bit shorter.

comment How do I find out what mail program is installed/sending emails?
If you are not logged in as root you probably don't have /usr/sbin in your $PATH. Could you try this: dpkg -S /usr/sbin/sendmail (of course if the file does not exist, then you most probably don't have any mailserver installed. And regarding strace, try strace php mail-testing-strace.php (the permission denied error is because the file has no execute-bit set)

comment How can I set up a 404 error page when people access http://ftp.mydomain.com?
Can you edit the DNS-zone-file of your "myadmin.com" zone? If so, you could try to remove the "ftp"-entry in the zone (make a note on what the current settings are before you remove it), and then try to add the "ftp" sub-domain. If it works, check if the ftp entry in the zone is like before (just to be sure).

comment Error installing php extension OAuth by pecl, please help me
+1. If PHP is self-compiled and installed in a "non standard" directory then --with-php-config must be set to that directory. If PHP is installed from the RPM-package, it just means that the development-package of PHP is not installed - on Centos 6 it's called php-devel

comment Block some website in Linux machine
Under bgp.he.net/AS32934#_prefixes (Tab Prefixes v4) is the list of all facebook networks (you can use the CIDR notation directly like iptables -I FORWARD -d a.b.c.d/s -j DROP). And I guess you should block them in the FORWARD queue and not in INPUT. Of course this only works if your client computers are behind your server.

iptables works on... well.. "IPs". You'd have to block out all of facebooks webserver IPs. But it won't get you far if your users are then switching to proxy (either a normal proxy or a web-based).

comment How to use cPanel/WHM to configure multiple domains (on CentOS VPS)?
Well you can have multiple domains in one account - either as a parked domain which has the same document root as the accounts main domain, or as a addon domain which has his/her (sorry english pronoun fail) own document root. Problem is, you can't set the IP of an addon/parked/subdomain without some serious hackery. So it's easier to just create a new account and assign the IP to that. Maybe that helps a little: WHM Docs.
