comment In Nginx, how can I rewrite all http requests to https while maintaining sub-domain?
I had to do something similar with a vhost with both ssl and non ssl, the following rule worked for me: rewrite ^!https https://$server_name$request_uri? permanent

comment SQL Server backup jobs run twice, but appears to be scheduled once
Davey, I just manually disable them from SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio). For me, these were under Management/Maintenance Plans. Your other jobs may be under SQK Server Agent/Jobs.
