comment First request too slow even if I have a load balancer in the back
woo, wordpress load time (whithout the "cdn" usage) is an average of 2 seconds. But I don't think that's the problem since once plugged in the so-called "cdn" speeds up the website to 300 miliseconds. So dynamic content actually takes very short time to load, right?

comment How to allow Pure-FTPD to write to another user's directory
well, I was thinking to achive some cPanel-like functionality, but avoiding as much as possible setuids and such, as I consider it a possible security threat. Thanks for sharing your knowledge, I'll take a look at your suggestion.

comment How to configure nginx+php (fcgi) to run every subdomain with a different user?
Sorry, that might be a silly question but: "Then, for each site, you change the user and the port in their own file" - why do you have to change the port too? Isn't the php-fpm children spawned under the user/group specified in conf file?

comment Website works in the browser, but weird problems with nameservers and google bot
As I've said, I have moved my website to another server... . So where should I redirect... . Domain is the same nextblog.ro, urls are the same. The only thing that changed is the nameservers and nameserver's IPs. My only clue is that google didn't cach up with this and is still looking for my website on the old server, where it's possible to have a 301 or 302 response header. Also I have checked with dig, ping the domain seems to be all right on my side. Also when checked with live http headers, the headers I get are different from the ones google receives...
