I have tested NAT in two different networks yet and in both case the public addresses cannot be connected. I cannot, however, ensure it's due NAT (can be a firewall issue too).

@dusan.bajic, yes I did - NAT works fine if the unknown network is public one, but in case it's private packets get lost. Most likely due the double NAT.

Yes, dependencies would be the best solution whenever the services really are dependant from each other. What I am looking for here is to avoid services to start in the middle of the provisioning process (some other, non-dependant packages, services, files etc) to be installed on the same server.

Thanks Nathan, HttpEchoModule looks interesting. Your example snippet delays all requests, also not-forwarded, but I will do some experimenting... Maybe this could be combined with proxy_pass or something. Well, needs some research. ;)
