Added header to say that this is in fact a bug within WebKit's Dev Tools.

This bug has now been reported, you can find the bug report here. Audit Tool's False Positive on Set-Cookie header, from a cookie-less domain sub domain.. Thank you Grumpy & Matthieu Cormier for the assist in finding this bug. Please note this issue persists in Google Chrome v24.0.1312.52 m that was released Thursday Jaunary 10th, 2013.

It would be awesome if I could apply the hide header or ignore header to specific files, using the location directive within nginx configuration files. Thank you for the post, I'm sure someone will find this very useful.
