comment Conigure Linux server to do lawful interception
@JoshBlair I think iptables would be ok, but what if I would need to have some extra information related to user (taken from a database for example)?

@mulaz For the beginning I will be pleased with a simple logged data, but I'm also interested for a CALEA/ETSI/... compliant system.

@TomNewton No. Here is the idea: server 1 external IP: A.A.A.66, router 2 external IP: A.A.A.55, both with the same netmask and gateway. LAN server 1: b.b.b.0, LAN network 2: c.c.c.0

comment Do not allow internet connection for users that have set a proxy in their browser
@drcelus I resolved it. There was a rule in my firewall in additon to Chilli's rules. I only removed it and now everithing works great!

comment Do not allow internet connection for users that have set a proxy in their browser
@drcelus You're right, but if you consider that I set ChilliSpot to proxy all traffic to dansguardian (from chilli.conf), then I consider that direct connections to internet are not allowed. I think that I have a hole in my judgment, but where is it?

comment Getting internet access from remote host through VPN like you are a VPN's LAN client
@LucasKauffman Not like a proxy, just like a LAN client. And as I mentioned, I'm not sure if it's possible. I asked if it's possible! Yes, as you already said probabbly I will need to set a proxy from VPN. Is that possible?

What if I save my rules with those specified. Does it influence the networking? If yes, how.
