He grew up in Bethesda, MD.

He attended college at Yale University where he was a member of the track team and received a degree in History. A math nerd at heart, he studied extensively in mathematics, economics, operations research and statistics.

Four days after graduating college he drove cross-country and now resides in Palo Alto, CA. He enjoys getting brunch and taking in the world around him.
