comment Give www-data Permission To Reload Nginx Works Via Command Line but not cron
I'm sorry that you are such a poor developer, a worse sysadmin and have such a bad attitude that I now feel like I wasted part of my life trying to help you. I really do know what your problem is, it's cause and it's solution. Had you followed my advice you would be well on your way to solving the problem yourself. You would have been educated and you would have new skills to bring to bear on other problems in the future.

The duplicate should help you solve your problem. If i does not, it will help you gather information that will help us help you. You should edit that information into your question. You should also read the php exec manual. It shows how you can gather information that the command outputs. It will probably be useful to you too.

comment Yum is interrupted and now gives conflicts
In my case this allowed yum to run but didn't then solve the problem as yum reported nothing there was nothing to update. I still had to remove yum-cron and it's dependencies.

I'm voting to close this question because Serverfault should not be expected to be reading manuals as a service.
