comment Configure Supervisor to manage init.d services
Because I want to have the same config across all environments, and on the local one, just not have supervisor installed. This way it will work both on production with supervisor and locally without. Also, I've seen that supervisor can do that with postfix. It doesn't use the init.d script, but somehow both ways work together.

comment Fastest option for a PHP webserver
Well let's be honest. Wordpress is a crappy (to say the least) blog system. It's actually one of the worst I've ever seen, down there with Drupal and a few others. Benchmarking a "hello world" script in PHP says that Apache does about the same as nginx (in fact a bit better), if your AllowOverride is set to None.

Sorry, forgot to add that part to the code. I do have NameVirtualHost *:443 at the top of the file, right after NameVirtualHost *:80
