comment Tomcat url rewrite fails with 404, but browsing directly returns a 200
Hostname resolves to the same server on both sides, Host files are standard (empty except for localhost). Tomcat access logs shows the hit to /appname-slow and it returning a 404 internally.

I honestly can't recommend it enough to just learn xtrabackup vs writing it on your own

comment Bug setting up stunnel server: `SSL3_GET_CLIENT_HELLO:wrong version number`
Per the new error (fixunix.com/openssl/…) has This error is returned when SSL version number in peer record can not be recognized (not 20, 30, 31). This may happen when peer does not speak SSL. Can you capture with perhaps wireshark and verify the ssl stream versions?

comment df showing wrong disk usage - disk corrupted
You should boot off of a rescue disk and fsck by hand, interactively it might ask you if it should do some potentially unsafe fixes that it would bypass in non-interactive mode. Backups are a must.

comment df showing wrong disk usage - disk corrupted
/forcefsck forces a full fsck, it appends on a -f to the fsck command like, verified per /etc/rc.sysinit on centos 5

comment How to properly change mount point of the folder?
if both /h1/md120 and /h1/md121 are mounted, why wouldn't mv /h1/md120/* /h1/md121/ work for your needs?

comment Why does host swap out VMs when there are 16GB of buffer cache and swappiness = 0?
Is it only ever swapping out (so) and never/rarely in (si)? If so, it's nothing to worry about. it's chunks of memory that are just not being used and thus the OS decided that the page cache is more important. That said, KSM might be also extremely useful for you. It should lower the memory pressure if each guest OS is similar.

comment List top 404 URLs in Apache access_log
Per Christian Davén, sort -nr should be fixed in the answer, I had all my urls with a count of 9 up top rather then the ones with 1000's
