I'm using rex to run a git commit command on a local machine, though I don't think this problem is specific to rex. Here are the logs from rex:

[2020-04-29 01:02:06] INFO - Successfully executed sudo git add ..
[2020-04-29 01:02:06] DEBUG - Executing: export PATH=/bin:/sbin:/usr/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/pkg/bin:/usr/pkg/sbin:/opt/bitnami/mysql/bin ; LC_ALL=C cd /home/usr/backups/server/client && sudo git commit -m 'reg_backup|20200429_010028'
[2020-04-29 01:02:07] DEBUG - ========= ERR ============
[2020-04-29 01:02:07] DEBUG - Killed

[2020-04-29 01:02:07] DEBUG - ========= ERR ============
[2020-04-29 01:02:07] WARN - Error executing sudo git commit -m 'reg_backup|20200429_010028': Return code: 137

This error doesn't happen all the time. I'm thinking it might be a memory issue but I can't find anything definitive. Other git commands run without an issue. I'm running on Ubuntu, 18.04.
