I started latest CouchDB (3.1) using Docker image from Dockerhub. It started using docker-compose file provided below. After setting continuous replication from older version of CouchDB (1.6) that is already finished I see that new DB permanently compac views and database. Once percentage reaches 100% it reset and started again.

As I see in config (inside docker container) it has smoosh section completely commented out, i.e. automatic compaction shouldn't happen. Also I definitely didn't trigger it using curl pinging _compact endpoint.

I am not sure such a lot of compaction required for DB so would like to stop it and trigger only manually. How can I do it?
