Most IMAP mail programs recognize special-purpose folders for junk, sent, drafts, etc. - the documentation on Dovecot shows how these can be created automatically when a new user is set up. The special flags can be specifically set per folder.

Cyrus also appears to support autocreation of inbox folders; however, I have not been able to find where these folders can be given their flags. So, for example, when I load Windows Mail or Outlook with Cyrus, I now magically end up with two trashes and two sent items folders.

Just wondering if there is a way this can be made better or if I just need to switch my Cyrus setup over to Dovecot (no users yet, still evaluating/testing a good setup).
