I have a Jenkins server on Ubuntu 14.04 on EC2. Recently, the load time of the pages has painfully deteriorated.

When I looked at the logs, I have noticed that Jenkins can not delete the links for shortcuts like lastUnsuccessfulBuild and lastStableBuild after builds are complete:

The file ownership on /var/lib/jenkins/jobs/tests_functional seems right:

drwxr-xr-x 2 jenkins nogroup 4.0K Apr 8 20:53 lastSuccessful
drwxr-xr-x 2 jenkins nogroup 4.0K Apr 8 20:53 lastStable

Any idea what's wrong with Jenkins, and how can I fix it?
