How can I fix this?

I am using an Amazon EC2 which is an image of another EC2 instance:

Action 'configtest' failed.

Your missing a crt file. You should go to the original ec2 instance, locate that file, and SCP it to your newly spun up instance.

I had to update the .crt and .key in the sudo vi /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/000-default.conf after I downloaded the Standard SSL certificate from godaddy.

Now I get:

~$ apache2ctl configtest
Syntax OK
